Jyde Mjød is a semi-bitter containing 24 different herbs, most of which can be found growing wild in Jutland.
Although the various herbs are ingredients once used medicinally, we recommend drinking our Jyde Mjød at cosy get-togethers with others rather than alone in your sickbed.

This version unites the sweetness of mead with an aromatic, spicy bitter made from 24 different herbs including birch buds, valerian, peppermint, wormwood, sweet flag and blueberries.
Jyde Mjød is a semi-bitter that can be served chilled or at room temperature.
